Course information sheet: Designing an experiment to obtain a statistically relevant sample set, determining the correct statistical test for a given analysis, differential analysis. Different forms of data visualization, their advantages and limitations. By interest, focusing on the specific domain of genomic experiments, such as transcriptomic and metagenomic analyzes.
Acquired knowledge: Ability to correctly design the experiment according to the required analysis. Processing tables into interpretable outputs. Statistical evaluation of significance of tested hypotheses.
