We are looking for a developer for AI-enhanced biomedical tools. We are building global biomedical solutions to accelerate and refine diagnostic methods used by clinical geneticists for patients with congenital genetic disorders. We are introducing modern technology into clinical practice, and so giving IT a greater purpose.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Development of computational models for open biomedical questions, especially in the field of clinical diagnostics
- Creating and updating a genomic database
- Search for patterns in clinical data
Required skills
- Python, Linux
- basic knowledge of data analysis
- knowledge of any of Python libraries for data visualization – Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, …
- preferably the experience with Python libraries for data analysis – pandas, numpy, scipy, sklearn, …
- preferably the experience with Amazon Web Services
