Advanced course of first and second generation sequencing

Prerequisites and co-requisites: Basic knowledge in the field of molecular biology and genetics.
Course information sheet: Preparation and processing of samples for sequencing (1st generation), data analysis + solution of problem results. Preparation of various types of DNA libraries for sequential sequencing (2nd generation), service of MiSeq (Illumina) and NextSeq (Illumina). Presentation of multiple platforms for second generation sequencing.
Acquired knowledge: Ability to independently prepare samples for first generation sequencing and basic knowledge of the preparation of various types of DNA libraries for second generation sequencing (Illumina).
