Sanger DNA sequencing

Standard DNA sequencing analysis is in our laboratory accredited according to the ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 Standard. We use our own universal primers T7 or M13 for analysis, or primers provided by the customer. We provide results within 5 working days from the date of delivery of samples to the laboratory. We also offer the possibility of purifying PCR products using ExoSap-IT.

• Sequencing of PCR products and plasmids.
• Length of read minimal 700 bp.
• Universal primers (T7 and M13) provided free of charge

Sample requirements

Amount of template:

• PCR product – 10 ng / 10 µL
• plasmid – 300 ng / 10 µL

Amount of primers, if they are provided by the customer: 1 or 10 pM / 6 µL for 1 reaction.
